At the Billericay and Wickford District Scout AGM on Monday 6th June, the Cub and Scout Leaders from 1st Ramsden and Downham Scout Group were presented with a Certificate from the County Commissioner and County Chairman. The certificate states that our Group had the largest increase in numbers of any Group in the Billericay and Wickford District.
