Welcome to the web page all about stoat shoes.
The picture above shows a cute little stoat. The stoat was often used for shoes in medieval Essex.
They were warm, furry and somewhat itchy.
The stoats did not mind too much about being made into shoes, however, they did complain bitterly about the smell of the feet that they had to be worn by.
Nowadays, Scouts all across the world prefer a pair of stout shoes when they are hiking, climbing, caving and on District camps to France.
Please respect stoats.
Please report all stoat abuse to the local RSPCA.
People being cruel to stoats will sent to Coventry.
