
Equipment that you will need to bring:
In a medium sized rucsac/sports bag (to go into the Coach's store)
1 sleeping bag
1 wash kit
1 towel, 1 flannel or sponge
Toothbrush and Toothpaste
Shampoo and Shower gel or Soap
Deodorant (especially if you are smelly)
Old clothing for Caving (t-shirt, shorts, socks and underwear - these might need throwing away if the caves are dirty)
1 old pair or trainers or Wellington Boots for Caving
Swimming Trunks or Swimming Costume (for swimming and Canoeing)
1 old pair of plimsolls or deck shoes for Canoeing
a few pairs of socks
a few pairs of underwear (remember you are going for 9 days so one pair will not be enough)
t-shirts, shorts
hat (sun hat not a woolly hat!)
a jumper/sweat shirt
Sun Cream/sun block
Stout pair of boots or trainers for Hiking, Climbing
In a small sized rucsac/day-sack (which goes into the coach with you)
Something to read (e.g. a book)
Something to play (e.g. pack of cards, travel games, grand piano)
Something to eat (you will leave Ramsden Bellhouse at 8pm and we will arrive at the Camp Site by 4pm)
Something to drink (water is better than a fizzy drink)
Your money
Your passport
Your E111 form
Your Permission to camp form - these 4 things will be collected on the train.
Pen/pencil/paper
You will need to wear:
Full Scout or Explorer Scout Uniform including:
Trousers or Skirt
Belt
Shirt
Scarf and Woggle or Tie
Brain
Smile on your face (ok the last two are optional extras, you might not be able to find a brain and a smile)
Black shoes
