Review of the Week

Name Best Parts Worst Parts
Garf it is currently ten past our in the morning and I have about 35 seconds sleep. it has been rough and there have been many different things that can be the best part. some of these range from meeting many different people, some total legends and others not quite as much (no offence dale!!). Now raggaism is finally upon the internet it has launched a plan to kill many different nationalities. the other things can range from actually getting to sleep to going on the river and seeing the views. thanks for everything but I do not believe that there was a necessary need for us to get up at half eight this was well annoying. anyway there are many different things that I could say but as it is too early and I have had no sleep apart from 35 seconds worth I cannot currently think of them and most of them would contain too many swearwords such as ......... anyway we wont go there!! well as many people might agree the only bad thing about the whole trip is the journey and the times of getting up. however , these are no where near as bad as having to listen to Daleous Mcnefus snore on the coach along with John. God!! what a noise! anyway, that doesn't really matter as it is not that bad a thing, well maybe not. it has been a good trip but the bed times were too early but I can understand them, but not the ones in the morning. anyway I have to go as I have wasted a whole 2 minutes thinking about this when I could be doing something far more constructive (sorry destructive) with my time.
Tommy In my opinion the best bits was the independents and the activities I liked the little things like collecting the bread and croissants  in the morning and cooking my tents dinner (most  nights) The first full day was Sunday and my group, group c went climbing and abseiling down a cliff face. The bit that I thought was the best was our wood cabins which were kept clean ( well most of the time).     The worst bit for me was the journey which was a twelve hour drive from Calais to Moulin Du Roch And also travelling to and from activities.
Bradley my best bit was the canoeing on Thursday with my activity  group (group C).  I liked this activity because canoes are one of the only boats I don't get seasick on.  we travelled 25k downstream in Canadian canoes, I had a go in the front (motor) and the back (steering).  I also liked this activity because it was the only one that I got a badge for,  plus Garf, dale and Hannah got a good dunking.  My worst bit was the ferry because I can't stand up without falling over.
Hannah Te best bit of the camp was probably the canoeing. I managed to pass my BCU 2* in Canadian and we got to jump in at the end. The caving was really good too, I've never been in a cave like that before so it was really exciting. The whole camp was really good and it was really well organised and the evening activities were good too. I've made loads of new mates and everyone on the camp has been great! Overall it was a fantastic camp; I have made loads of new friends that I intend on keeping in touch with! Massive thanks to all the leaders, for taking us and instructing us on our activities, big thanks to the coach drivers for taking us everywhere!!! The only bad parts of the trip was travelling. I can't stand travelling and I get really bad travel sickness. Especially o boas so the ferry wasn't to good.
Dale Hello my best bit was giving John the opportunity to do flag down (coz he's never done it before) also I liked doing canoeing and caving cos they was good meeting Kiran and chav boy n the other annoying person who should no who he is. only joking Kiran u legend)
Matt The best bit was the canoeing as I got to go through some rapid. I also enjoyed the rock climbing, caving hiking and the day trip. I did not like the French
Gerald The best bit of the week was the canoeing because I didn't get to wet 'till the end, when I had to jump in and out to get my 2star. The worst bit of the week was the washing-up because there was lots of it.
Kiran The bit of the trip I liked da most is when I saved the school children from dat lion wid a chair ( only joking ) I thought the canoeing was excellent and caving and climbing and all the rest the worst bit was when I met dale he's an idiot (only joking you lummox)
Adam All of the trip was brilliant but I epically enjoyed climbing which we climbed up 1000 feet into the air up a mountain. as I have been to this camp before I new it was going to be brilliant. None what so ever

Katie

it was a really good camp . I have made lots of new friends and am going to keep in touch with most of them! I also liked the canoeing as I got my 2 star award !

Coming home!

Adam F All of the camp was brilliant but I really liked the caving because I like to explore places that I have never been and I liked the small long hole. Climbing was also very good but I have done that before. Getting up in the morning
James The bit of da camp I liked best was the climbing, caving but I didn't go down every hole and didn't climb every  part of the hill but the whole trip was fun. abseiling down the hill.
Paul The bit of the camp I liked the most was the climbing. The bit I didn't like that much was having to cook the food because it tasted disgusting and when we had nice food lobster leg's (glen) hogged it all.
Thomas The French Camp was an exciting week of camping in the Dordoin, South of France. During that time we lived in sort of summerhouses in groups of four. There were 2 bedrooms, 1 hall/kitchen and a veranda. It was two to a bedroom. In the hall was clearing/washing up equipment, a gas stove and a fridge. On the veranda was a table and chairs.

We also did many activities such as climbing, canoeing, caving, hiking, town and a day trip. These were all very enjoyable and worthwhile. There were also some evening activities like quizzes and swimming.

We also spent a lot of money on sweets and coke at the camp shop. I spend a lot of my money on those things. Ohh! and another thing about food. We had to cook our own food, one night we had spagettie boloneise and the stir fry and so on.

Overall the camp was very exciting and was an enjoyable experience!!

Alan   hiking was boring
Jake France was fun. My favurite bit was when i jumped in the pool with my clothes on and when i whent caving it was muddy and fun it was fun I liked it and I also liked climbing it was fun.
Daniel The France trip was great and we meet lots of other friends. When we got there I was a bit shy but I got used to it.
